- Diameter up to 0.3 mm
- Diameters and center thickness tolerances up to +/-0.002 mm
- Centering: offset to less than 0.001 mm
- Matching error to λ/20
- Surface finish to 5 / 1 x 0.006 (according to ISO 10110)
