- Preparation of complete specifications together with the customer
- Sequential calculation of Optics (complete end to end design)
- By tolerance analysis to verify the quality
- Individual tolerance tests under involvement of mechanical tolerances
- Test Plating by the in Zemax integrated Mikrop radii list
(it can also be sent on request). - coordination of the optical design with the Mikrop manufacturing
and our network supplier. - Elaboration of cheaper versions (together with the manufacturing
and assembly).

- Identification and manufacturing of auxiliary tools for optimal aligning
and positioning of the components in the manufacturing - Preparation of standard targets as for example USAF line targets,
Siemens Stars etc. to verify to required quality
