New Service: AntiReflection coating by Mikrop AG

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are proud to inform you that Mikrop AG in addition to the production and assembly of high-precision micro-optics (with diameters from 0.5 mm) now also offers the AntiReflection coating of optical surfaces in its own premises.

This means our customers benefit from reduced delivery times and our greater flexibility, because we can react in a shorter term on changes or alterations you would like to carry out.

The coating installation was designed specially for micro optical components and through us thoroughly evaluated.

Examinations made in our facilities and by our customers have shown that the sputtering procedure brings high-solid Multi-layer-coatings on the substrates and the usually requested optical specification can be easily achieved.

In entirely new set up facilities, beside the coating installation we have added an ultramodern ultrasonic cleaning system in order to achieve an optimal preparation of the parts for the coating process.

The necessary procedures have been continously improved over the last twelve month so that the procedure stability now since the beginning of the year corresponds to our high demands for a stable production.

With the new technology Mikrop AG has completed the last gap of competence in the developement, manufacturing and assembly so we can be at your disposal as flexible solution provider whenever it concerns high-precision micro-optics.

Additionally, Mikrop AG offers with pleasure this new oppertunity just as a service to all its customers.
